I'm trying my best to buy Vegas and Milkshape as soon as possible, so hopefully I'll be able to start filming during my Christmas break. My prospective release date is February 20, 2009. Yes, the day the Sims 3 comes out, haha. I'm afraid if I release it any time after that, no one will wanna watch anymore. Plus it gives me some time to make it really good. :)

However! I've got an even better movie planned. I've had it in my head for quite some time now, even before I thought about making a silly movie. But since the silly movie is out, I'll have more time to focus on the next one. I will NOT give up on this one, I promise! But what I have in my head I know I can't accomplish at the moment because I don't have the right tools. I need to get Milkshape and Vegas, which means I need money. Once I get those and learn how to use the programs, I'll get started with filming. So the prospective start date as of right now is... sometime around Christmas. Hopefully I can at least have it published before the Sims 3 comes out, otherwise it'll look like poo no matter how hard I worked on it. lol.

I'll be updating this site soon, maybe even this weekend if I have time. I'm really unhappy with the way it looks now; it's getting old anyway. Cross your fingers for a new layout. :)

I also added a link to her shiny new forum in the about me page. I was recently made a mod! It's pretty exciting. :D Haha. So Megan, if you're reading this, thank you!!

Well anyway, I'm almost to 50 subscribers on YouTube. I have 44 as of right now! :O And I've only made one video. It's crazy, but super cool that so many people actually liked it, since it was my first try. ^_^

So I feel bad having so many people subscribe to me and not giving them anything back. I don't even have a fun website for them to come to. lol. Just so you know, I'll be working on something in the near future, so keep an eye out for it. ;)

I also found out that my forms are still screwy. I fixed what I think was the problem, but I still don't know if it's 100% perfect. I tested it myself, and I don't really know what's going on.

If it tells you that the verification code is incorrect, just hit the back button, REFRESH the page, and fill it out again. After you refresh, the code should be different, and then it'll work. I'm sorry it's so screwy, and it sucks even more that I don't know how to fix it. :( But I have my regular email posted if you'd like use that instead. :P

I'm working on writing an extensive list of tutorials for web design. It'll include stuff like what you'll need to get started and building your first website. I was thinking about making tutorials on Sims 2 moviemaking, but there are already some really nice ones out there, so why reinvent the wheel? Besides, I'm not that good anyway, so you're better off reading theirs. :P

I'm also thinking about converting my updates to a blog format, that way you can comment and give me feedback. I'm aiming to make this site more interactive and fun. :) Plus, it'll help me keep up with things. We'll see how it goes.

I still plan on making the storyline page pretty, I'm just way too lazy to do it. Haha sorry. And I will be making another Sims 2 movie soon, but it'll probably be after I get my website plans straightened out. So that means not for a little while still. lol.

Still working on adding pictures to the storyline explanation because, well, I'm lazy. Haha. I should get to that by the next update, and hopefully that will encourage people to actually read it, or at least look at it. xD

I also took down the guestbook. I was getting a lot of spam crap, and no one was signing it anyway, so it was just pointless to even have it.

Oh, and I guess I should mention that today marks the one year anniversary (if you can call it that) of my uncle's passing. RIP Uncle Danny. You are still missed. ♥

I will be adding pictures from The Diary of Jane to the storyline page to make it prettier, so check back for that. :P

So, to my absolute relief, I've gotten pretty positive reviews for my movie. I've been averaging about a 4 out of 5 on both Sims99 and YouTube, which is great. :) As long as I don't get any 2/5 ratings, I'll be good. Haha. Oh, and two people subscribed to me. Subscribed. I know it's only two people, but I totally wasn't expecting that. It was a very nice surprise. :)

The constructive criticism really helped me, and the compliments made my day. :) Hopefully your comments will help me improve in my next movie!
